Delete Unused Attachments

Delete Unused Attachments plugin can be used for following purpose

  • Get the number and list of unused attachments of a page
  • Delete the unused page attachments in single click

After plugin installation 'Unused Attachments' link is added at each page as shown in image

Clicking Unused Attachments presents the following UI, which shows the number of unused attachments of page and list of all unused attachments as shown below

Any number of unused attachments could be selected for deletion. Once delete button is pressed, all selected attachments are deleted and a detailed report is mailed to user. Since selected attachments are sent to trash, in case any attachment is required, it can be recovered with help of space admin.
